UK and European Purchases

UK law will apply. Under UK law you have 14 days to request a refund of your online book purchase. You must inform us that you require a refund, in writing via our Concierge email address (see Contact Us page), within the 14 day period. The refund amount will include the book purchase price paid at the time of purchase and the standard delivery costs paid only. You are responsible for return postage and packing costs and these will not be refunded. The refund amount will only be paid once we receive your undamaged, unread book in a resaleable condition. Damaged, defaced, signed/personalised and unsaleable books will be rejected and as such will not be eligible for a refund. We aim to credit any refunds due within 14 days of safe receipt of the undamaged/unused and resaleable returned goods. Items can only be returned by the named person who originally purchased them. By placing an order you are deemed to have understood and accepted this policy.

European and Rest of World Purchases

No import or customs duties, local taxes or carrier handling fees incurred will be refunded and must be reclaimed by you locally. You are responsible for return postage, packing and any import duty or taxation costs and these will not be refunded. The refund amount will only be paid once we receive your undamaged, unread book in a resaleable condition.
